Natore Zilla Parishad Scholarship 2024 : Application Deadline May 26

Natore Zilla Parishad Scholarship circular for financial year 2023-2024 is now open with application deadline May 26, 2024.

As per the circular, students who passed SSC/HSC or equivalent exam in 2023 & currently on higher study and permanent but meritorious & poor residents of Natore District are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Natore Zilla Parishad Scholarship Requirements :

Prospective students will need to meet the following requirements to be eligible for application :

1. SSC/HSC or their equivalent exam pass in 2023 with GPA-5.00. However, for the children of freedom fighter & the disabled, GPA requirement is min 4.50, applicable to all groups.
2. Being permanent residents of Natore District and regular in-study students of any government approved educational institutions in the country.
3. Permanent residents of the district and currently in-study with any medical college/university/engineering universities in the country. But they have to have GPA minimum 5.0 in SSC/HSC/equivalent exam with exceptions available.

Natore Zilla Parishad Scholarship Application Process :

Interested students must apply in prescribed form which they can collect from the Office of Khulna Zilla Parishad. There is no fee applicable for application form meaning they can collect the form free of charge.

Then they will need to fill up the form properly and submit it either by post or in-person to either of the following destinations : Respective UNO Office Or Office of the Zilla Parishad concerned.

Documents To Attach with Application Form :

Applicants will have to attach the following documents with Application Form :

1. Attested copy, either by Head of the present educational institution or first class gazette officer, of one (1) passport size photograph.
2. Attested photocopy of SSC or equivalent exam’s Certificate and Mark-sheets.
3. Citizenship Certificate issued from respective Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Ward Councilor in support of being permanent resident of the district.
4. Recommendation/Opinion issued from Head/Departmental Chief of the Educational institution applicant is currently studying at.
5. Recommendations from the Zilla Parishad Member of respective Upazilla (Ward) in support of applicant’s financial background.
6. All necessary documents, mark-sheets and certificates must be attested by first class gazette officer with name & rank of the official mentioned on the form.
7. Applicant must provide his or her own signature in full name format on the form.
