NESCO Architectural Design Contest 2024 : Registration Feb 29 to March 14

NESCO (Northern Electricity Supply Company PLC (NESCO) is inviting design proposals from eligible parties for its Main Control Centre (MCC), Rajshahi.

NESCO is organizing the contest in association with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB). Registration process for the design contest opens from this February 29. The last date for registration is March 14, 2024. And the last date to submit design is May 5, 2024.

The authority is holding the contest in line with Smart NESCO Vision 2041 of Smart Bangladesh towards a technologically advanced & sustainable future.

Who Can Participate In NESCO Architectural Design Competition 2024?

Only members of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) are eligible to participate in the contest. Notably, eligibility of the team leader will be according to the BNBC 2020.

NESCO Architectural Design Competition 2024 Registration Process :

One can collect registration number & competition brief from the office of IAB from February 29 to March 14 by paying Tk.3,000.

After filling up the form properly, one will require to send it in PDF Format to this email address : [email protected]

Notably, the subject of the mail will be ‘R-Registration No’.

What About NESCO Design Contest Prize Money?

There are attractive prizes for top three (3) place holders. For first place, there is a prize money of Tk. 5,00,000 plus a certificate while for the second & third place holders, it is Tk.3,00,000 and Tk.2,00,000 respectively plus certificates. Besides, there are three honorable mentions with prize money of Tk.75,000 each plus certificate.
