Bangladesh Shilpi Kallyan Trust scholarship circular for year 2024 is open with application deadline March 10.
As per the circular, the trust provides eligible artists & their six to post-graduate level in-study children the scholarship to do MPhil/PhD in related subjects and continue their study respectively.
Bangladesh Shilpi Kallyan Trust is under the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, the government of Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Shilpi Kallyan Trust Scholarship Eligibilities :
Interested persons (artists) will have to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for the scholarship :
- Being Bangladeshi citizen and artist/litterateur of any familiar branch or field.
- Artists or their children who have outstanding contributions in the development of arts or literary deeds in the country.
- Must have own bank account.

Scholarship Application Process :
Interested artists must apply in given form which they can collect from either of the following websites :
www.moca.gov.bd, www.shilpitrust.portal.gov.bd
The authority will accept application in copies form (photocopy of the original application form).
Then they will require to fill up the form properly with required information and send it by post to respective DC Office.
However, those under Dhaka Mahanagari must send application to the following address :
Office of Managing Director, Bangladesh Shilpi Kallyan Trust, Bardhaman Bhaban, Bangla Academy, Dhaka.

- Two (2) copies of passport size attested photograph.
- Copy of Nationality Certificate issued from Union Parishad Chaiman/Municipality Mayor/Ward Commissioner in support of applicant’s permanent address.
- Copy of National ID Card or Birth Certificate.
