As per the circular, the authority will recruit medical professionals to the following positions :
- Principal (Pre, Para or Clinical subject specialist) 2. Professor (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry) 3. Associate Professor (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry) 4. Assistant Professor (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Medicine & Surgery) 5. Curator (Anatomy) and 6. Lecturer (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry).
Asgar Ali Medical College Job Requirements :
Aspirants will require to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Principal :
FCPS/MD/MS/MPhil/MPH degree with previously served as Principal for any government or private medical college including at least 9 to 10 years of administrative experiences in the role of Principal/Vice-Principal or Head of Department.
Besides, minimum 20 years of teaching experiences as Professor/Associate Professor for any medical college with age being not above 65 years.
Professor (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry); Associate Professor (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry); Assistant Professor (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Medicine & Surgery) :
FCPS/MD/MS/MPhil/MPH degree in respective subject. PhD, DSc, DPH, DPhil or equivalence will be considered as additional qualifications plus other existing BMDC criterion.
Curator (Anatomy) :
MBBS degree obtained from a recognized institution or equivalent degree approved by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).
However, those working as Curator of Anatomy for any medical college will receive preference in landing the job.
Lecturer Post :
Having MBBS or equivalent degree with age not over 35 years. However, applicants with post-graduation or teaching experiences in respective field will enjoy priority in getting the job.
