Sadharan Bima Corporation (SBC) opens a circular to recruit lawyers or form a lawyers’ panel with application deadline this March 30, 2024.
As per the circular, the authority will recruit forty five (45) lawyers in total to conduct legal affairs for the corporation.
Of the figure, 22 lawyers will be recruited for the Head Office (2 for Appellate Division, 8 for High Court, 7 for Judge Court & 5 for Labor Court), 5 lawyers for courts under Khulna Division, 8 for courts under Chattagram Division and 10 lawyers for courts under other zones.

Sadharan Bima Corporation Lawyer Enlistment Application Process :
Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Application with complete Bio-data which must contain applicant’s full name, parents’ name or husband’s name, permanent & present address, age & experiences.
- Two (2) copies of attested passport size photographs.
- Attested copies of National ID, Bar Council certificate, all academic certificates and enlistment certificate of concerned court etc.
- Minimum five (5) years of work experiences in conducting cases at High Court Division in case of prospects of being enlisted with High Court & Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court.
- Provide proof of being recruited by any government or private agency as lawyer.

Aspirants must apply, either by post or in-person, by 5 pm on March 30 to this following address :

Notably, those who applied already as per the earlier circular do not need to apply again.

The tenure of the job is initially two (2) years. However, given performance, some will receive job extension for a certain period of time.
