Sheikh Hasina Medical University Vacancy 2024 Details :

As per the circular, the authority will make recruitment for the following positions :

1. Professor (Medicine & Allied, post 1) 2. Professor (Surgery & Allied, 1 post) 3. Professor (Forensic Medicine/Basis Science and Para Clinical & Allied, 1 post ) 4. Professor (Department of Graduate Nursing, 1 post ) 5. Registrar (Office of Registrar, Grade-3, 1 post ) 6. Director (Office of Planning & Development, 1 post ) 7. Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts, 1 post) 8. Personal Officer (Office of Registrar, 1 post) 9. Administrative Officer (Office of Registrar/Exam Controller, Grade-10, 3 posts) 10. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade 16, 3 posts) 11. Driver (Office of Registrar, 1 post) 12. Office Sahayak (Assistant, Against the post of messenger, 1 post) 13. Office Sahayak (Office of Finance & Accounts/College Inspector, 2 posts) and others.

Age Requirements :

For the posts under serial number 1, 2, 3 & 4, maximum age is 55 years while for posts under serial no. 5 to 6, 50 years, for posts under serial no. 7, maximum 45 years and for posts under serial no. 8 to 14, age limit is max 30 years.

Interested persons must apply in Prescribed Form which they can collect from the university website (www.shmu.ac.bd).

Or one can collect the form from the office of Registrar in-person during office hours (4 pm).

Then they will fill up the form properly and forward it by mail or in-person to the following address :

Application Fee :

The application fee varies from post to post. For posts under serial no. 1 to 7, the fee is Tk.600, for posts under serial no. 8 to 9, it is Tk.500, for posts under serial 10 to 11, Tk.200 and for posts under serial no. 12 to 14, it is Tk.100.

Applicants can deposit the fee cash with accounts department of the university or make the payment as Pay Order in favor of Sheikh Hasina Medical University Khulna. In that case, they have to attach the Pay Order Receipt with application form.
