Prime Minister Education Trust Scholarship (PMEAT) 2023 application process is underway with deadline to apply being April 6. Online application process has begun from March 15, 2023.
The Prime Minister Education Assistance Trust (PMEAT) is on offer under the Ministry of Education, Bangladesh. The authority invites applications from university students to provide them with stipend.

The Prime Minister Education Assistance Trust Stipend is eligible for the following-level students only :
- Students of Bachelor (pass) and equivalent level or those in Degree first year (academic year 2020-21) of different educational institutions under University of Dhaka, National University and Islamic Arabic University (IAU). Besides, they have to be meritorious and from family of financially poor background.

The scholars selection and scholarship awards initiative have been taken on birth Centenary celebration of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, aiming to acknowledge and encourage meritorious post-graduate students from both public and private universities in the country.
Prime Minister Trust Scholarship Eligible Disciplines :
The disciplines in which PMEAT scholarship Awards will be given out are the followings : Social Science, Business Studies, Science, Physical Science, Law, Biological Science, Medicine, Fine Arts, Engineering & Technology, Arts & Humanities, Agricultural Science, Education & Development and Madrasa Education.
To note, there is only one scholarship available for each above disciplines.
