As per the circular, the authority will recruit professionals in the following positions :

1. Chief Bancassurance Officer (VP to EVP) 2. Deputy Chief Bancassurance Officer (AVP to VP) 3. Manager/Officer (Product, Business Development & Channel Support Team) 4. Manager/Officer (Marketing & Promotion Team, EO to AVP) 5. Head of Sales, Sales Team (SEO to SAVP) and 6. Manager/Officer (MIS & Reconciliation Team, EO to AVP).

What Are Application Requirements for Dutch Bangla Bank Mid-Level Positions?

Interested professionals will require to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :

Chief Bancassurance Officer :

Minimum 20 years of working experiences in banking and/or insurance sectors with age being maximum 55 years.

Deputy Chief Bancassurance Officer :

Having minimum 15 years of working experiences in banking and/or insurance sectors with age being 45 years to the maximum.

Manager/Officer (Product, Business Development & Channel Support Team/Marketing & Promotion Team/ MIS & Reconciliation Team) :

Aspirants must have minimum 7 years of working experiences in banking and/or insurance sectors with age being 42 years to the maximum.

Head of Sales :

Possession of minimum 10 years of working experiences in banking and/or insurance sectors with age being 45 years to the maximum.

Academic Qualifications :

Interested persons must have Master’s degree in any discipline with no third class/division/grade/GPA/CGPA across academic life. Besides, aspirants must be innovative, self-motivated and result or target-oriented. Notably, those with Bancassurance or Insurance-related certification or experiences will receive preference in landing the job.

As a Management Trainee Officer, finally selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.70,000 for a one year probation period.

After successful and satisfactory completion of the probationary period, they will get a monthly pay of Tk.80,815 as Senior Officer.

Besides, other benefits are available as per the existing pay structure of the bank.
