Islami Bank Bangladesh (PLC) opens a job circular to recruit Trainee Assistant Officer & Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash) with application deadline March 10, 2024.

Islami Bank Bangladesh Job Requirements :

Trainee Management Officer :

1. Masters degree with no third class/division/grade across academic life or Graduation in Engineering in any discipline, obtained from any public or private university.

Trainee Management Officer (Cash) :

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline obtained from any public or private university approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC).

Common Age Requirements :

Minimum 22 years and maximum 30 years as on March 10, 2024, applicable to both the positions. Applicants must produce original certificate of SSC or its equivalent exam in proof of their age. No affidavit to this end is acceptable.

Grade Calculation :

GPA below 2.00 in case of SSC & HSC or their equivalence and CGPA below 2.25 out of scale 4.0 or GPA below 2.813 out of scale 5.0 when it comes to Honors/Pass & Masters or their equivalence will be regarded as third class or division.

Those with third class or division or grade at any level of education is not ineligible for application for both Trainee Management Officer and Trainee Management Officer (Cash).

Islami Bank Bangladesh Selection Process :

Aspirants will need to go through the following selection process :

1. After in-house primary selection process, the authority will make a short list of eligible candidates and call them to appear for a written test/viva exam. 
2. The authority will make all communications with candidates through SMS/email all along the selection process.
3. The authority will provide no TA/DA to candidates for turning up in written and viva exams.

Below Text Relates To Islami Bank Bangladesh Job Circular For The Position Of Probationary Officer : 

Islami Bank Probationary Officer Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to hold the following qualifications, among others, to be eligible for apply for Probationary Officer position : 

1. Minimum Master’s/MBA/MBM or equivalent degree with 4 year honors from any public or private university.
2. Having 1st class/Division in all academic exams with GPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations.
   Having CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or 3.75 out of 5.00 in honors or Master’s exams.
3. Age being min 22 years as on March 30, 2023 and maximum 30 years as of March 25, 2020 as per Bangladesh Bank BRPD Circular Letter N0 43 dated back November 2, 2022.
4. Original certificates of SSC or equivalent shall have to be put in as the proof of age and no affidavit to this end will be accepted.
5. Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English and Bangla.
6. Willingness to work anywhere in the country.
7. Having a valid email address and mobile number.
8. Those who already received certificates in favor of required academic qualifications are only eligible to apply, meaning no appeared certificate will be valid. 

What is the salary of Islami Bank Probationary Officer?

Selected candidates for the Probationary Officer post will receive the following monthly benefits :

1. For the probationary period of one year, the monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 48,400. 
2. After successful completion of one year probation period, the per month salary in total will be Tk. 59,500 only.

That’s the current new salary structure that Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd (IBBL) currently offers for its employees at initial level. 

Remember, finally selected candidates for the role of ‘Probationary Officer’ will have to provide ‘Surety Bond’ to serve the bank for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of joining.
