Requirements for ‘Executive for Internal Audit & Accounts’ Positions :
Aspirants will need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application :
- Master’s degree in business discipline with CA part qualified or course completed.
- Minimum five (5) years of experiences in the field of Internal Audit/Accounts/Finance for any large corporate company, preferably in any financial institutions.
- Age limit is not over 35 years. However, in case of highly experienced persons, age limit may receive relaxation.

What are Application Requirements for Delta Life Insurance Law Officer post?
Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for Law Officer post :
- LLB/LLM Degree obtained from any recognized public university in the country.
- Age being up to 40 years.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experiences in related field.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal communications & work under pressure.
Law Officer Job Location :
The job location of Law Officers will be the company’s Dhaka Office. However, they have to visit offices or courts outside of Dhaka as per the job requirements.
Notably, the recruitment to the post of Law Officer will be on the basis of full time/part-time.
Law Officer Salary Package :
The company offers attractive salary package for Law Officers, subject to negotiation. Besides, there are other fringe benefits as per the existing pay policy.

What Are The Application Requirements for Delta Life Insurance Management Trainee Officer (MTO)?
Interested graduates will need to meet the following qualities to be eligible for application for the position of MTO :
- Master’s degree in Business Discipline/Economics/English/Mathematics/Statistics/IT obtained from any recognized public or private university.
- CGPA must be minimum 2.50 out of scale 4.00 or equivalence at both graduation & post-graduate levels.
- CGPA minimum 3.00 out of scale 5.00 or equivalence in both SSC & HSC or their equivalence.
- Age being not over 32 years as on February 20, 2028.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point and other relevant software.
- Strong written & oral communication skills in both Bangla & English.
Delta Life Insurance Company MTO Salary:
The company offers the following benefits for the position of Management Trainee Officer :
A monthly consolidated pay of Tk.30,000 only during the twelve (12) month probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the selected candidates will be absorbed as Officer with paychecks under the regular pay scale of the company.

As per another job circular issued on February 7, the company will recruit people to the following positions :
- Head of Internal Audit 2. Head of IT 3. Head of Group & Health Insurance 4. Head of Training Institute 5. Company Secretary (mid-level) 6. Deputy Chief Financial Officer (mid-level) and 7. Human Resources Executive (mid-level).
What are Application Requirements for Heads of Internal Audit, IT, Group & Health Insurance & Training Institute, Company Secretary, HR Executive?
Aspirants will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their preferred post :
Head of Internal Audit :
Master’s degree in business discipline with CA/CFA qualifications. Besides, minimum ten (10) years of work experiences and at least five (5) years of experiences in senior management positions in the field of internal audit/accounts/finance with any reputed corporate house or financial institutions.
Head of IT :
Master’s or MSc in CSE/IT/MIS obtained from any recognized local or foreign university with good results through academic life.
Company Secretary :
Master’s in any discipline with CS qualified. Those with CA/ICMA qualifications will receive added advantage in getting the job.
Besides, having minimum 10 years of work experiences in related field including five (5) years of experiences as Company Secretary in a publicly listed company.
Deputy Chief Financial Officer :
Master’s in business discipline with CA qualified plus minimum seven (7) years of working experiences in related field.
Human Resources Executive :
BBA & MBA with major in Human Resources Management (HRM). In addition, minimum six (6) years of working experiences in relevant field with KPI expertise.
General Post Age Requirements :
For posts under serial no. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, age limit is not more than 50 years while for posts under serial no. 6 & 7, it is not exceeding 40 years.
