As per the circular, the authority will recruit professional to the following positions :
- Regional Coordinator (3 posts) 2. Branch Manager (10 posts) 3. Assistant Branch Manager (10 posts) 4. Accounts Officer (10 posts) 5. Audit & Monitoring Manager (3 posts) 6. Credit Officer (20 posts) 7. HRM Assistant (1 post) and 8. PA To Executive Director (1 post).
What Are The Application Requirements for Social Upliftment Society Vacancy?
Aspirants will require to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Regional Coordinator :
Post-graduation degree with at least two years of experiences in microcredit programs in equivalent role or post. And age limit is maximum 45 years.
Branch Manager :
Possession of post-graduation or graduation degree with minimum one (1) years of work experiences for post-graduate degree holders while three (3) years for those with graduation. And age limit is 40 years to the maximum.
Monthly salary is Tk.30,000 & Tk. 32,000 for inexperienced & experienced candidates respectively during the probation period which is six months.
Assistant Branch Manager Post :
Having post-graduation or graduation degree with experiences required plus age being 35 years maximum.
For Assistant Branch Manager, the monthly salary is Tk.25,000 during probation period of six (6) months.
Accounts Officer Post :
Post-graduation degree in Commerce, though it is subject to relaxation for those with experiences. Plus skills in computer operation and know how to drive motor-bikes with age being maximum 40 years.
The salary is Tk.25,000 & Tk.26,000 respectively for in-experienced and experiences candidates.

Credit Officer :
Possession of bachelor degree though those with experiences will receive relaxation when it comes of qualifications. Age limit is 35 years.
During the probation period of six months, the salary is Tk.22,000 & Tk.23,000 for experienced & non-experienced candidates.
HRM Assistant :
Bachelor degree, however those with experiences will get preference in landing the job. Possession of skills in computer operation with age being in between 32 to 40 years.
PA To Executive Director :
Bachelor degree, though with experiences and women will enjoy priorities in getting the job.
For Branch Manager & PA To Executive Director, the salary is Tk.25,000 during the probation period of six (6) months.
Audit & Monitoring Manager :
Post-graduation in Commerce with CA CC certification along with two (2) years of working experiences. Skills in computer operation & driving motor-bikes with age being 40 years to the maximum.

For the posts under serial no. 1,3, 4, 5, 7 & 8 and the posts under serial no. 2 & 6,, aspirants will have to do registration between 8:30 to 11 am on March 8 & March 9, 2024 respectively along with application.
Along with application, they will have to attach bio-data, two (2) copies of color passport size photograph; copies of all academic & experiences and NID.
