What Are The Requirements for EBL Future Leader Program :

Aspirants will have to have at least graduation with CGPA Minimum 3.00 Out of Scale 4.00. Plus upon selection, they have to provide a surety bond’ to serve the bank for a minimum period of three (3) years. Besides, they have to possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

EBL Requirements for Officer to Manager Position :

Job aspirants will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for the position :

1. Minimum graduation with relevant background.
2. Two (2) to 8 years of experiences in permanent position at Centralized Trade Processing with any reputed banks.
3. Sound background in trade operations. Those with relevant professional degrees will receive preference in landing the job.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Workable computer literacy to work with online software modules and advanced understanding on MS Office Skills set.
6. Energetic and self-motivated to work independently under pressure.
7. Job location will be anywhere in the country. So having willingness to go in line with that.

EBL Job Requirements for Relationship Officer, Associate Relationship Manager, SRM Positions :

Aspirants will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for the positions :

1. Minimum graduation with relevant background.
2. For RO to RM Position, three (3) to five years of experiences in related areas with any reputed banks.
3. For SRM position, eight to twelve years of experiences in relevant field. For Unit Head position, it is the same as what is for SRM position.
4. Good understanding of cash management products and solutions available in local market.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Workable computer literacy to work with online software modules and advanced understanding on MS Office Skills set.
7. Energetic and self-motivated to work independently under pressure.
8. Job location will be anywhere in the country. So having willingness to go in line with that.

Job Responsibilities For Officer to Manager :

Selected candidates for the position at Trade Operations need to perform the following tasks, among others :

1. Issuance of LC, TT, Amendment following local and international rules and regulations.
2. Import bill scrutiny and settlement of payment/acceptance.
3. Disbursement and adjustment of import loans.
4. Advice for export LC.
5. Export bill collection and purchase.
6. Maintaining and providing MIS for related activities on regular basis.
7. Ensuring service excellence.
