Prime Minister Education Assistance Trust (PMEAT) PhD Fellowship circular for finance year 2023-24 is now out with online application process beginning April 24, 2023. The deadline to apply is May 23.
PMEAT PhD Fellowship Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Being PhD Students with any public university in Bangladesh.
- Having at least two first class (GPA at least 3.5 out of 5.0 and at least 3.0 out of 4.0) in entire academic life.
- Age being maximum 45 years as on the last date of application submission.

As mentioned earlier, the last time to apply is 12 pm May 23, 2023.
Along with application form, applicants must attach attested photocopies of all academic certificates and copy of PhD Registration.
In addition, those who are students and applicants related to public/semi-public or autonomous institutions or agency have to attach or upload approval letter issued by respective educational institution/Head of Department or the authority concerned.
