Notably, there have been two separate job circulars from First Security Islami Bank Ltd to recruit people for the positions of Probationary Officer and senior levels. Both the circulars are available in this article. So please keep reading according to your individual needs!
FSIB Probationary Officer Job Requirements :
Fresh graduates must meet the following requirements, among others, to be eligible for application :
- MBA/MBM/Masters with four-year long honors/graduation in any discipline from any public or private university in the country approved by UGC.
- First class/division/CGPA in all academic exams with GPA minimum 4.0 out of scale 5.0 in both SSC & HSC or their equivalent exams. For honors/graduation and Masters/MBA/MBM each, GPA must be at least 3.0 out of scale 4.0 and 3.75 out of scale 5.0.
- Sound knowledge over Microsoft Office applications.
- Age minimum 22 years as on July 16, 2023 and maximum 30 years as on March 25, 2020 as per Bangladesh Bank BRPD circular no. 43 dated back to November 2, 2022.
Notably, those with academic results or certificates in hand are eligible only for application.

Finally selected candidates for the post of Probationary Officer will have to undertake a ‘Surety Bond Cum Service Agreement’ to serve the bank for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of joining.
Job location will be anywhere in the country, so having willingness to this end.

FSIB Probationary Officer Salary :
As a probationary Officer, selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.48,400 only during one year period of probation.
Upon successful completion of probationary period, they will be absorbed as Officer with a pay of Tk.62,550 a month.
FSIB Application Requirements for Senior Positions :
Aspirants need to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for senior level positions :
Additional Managing Director Post :
Age maximum 56 years as on July 16, 2023. Besides, minimum 21 years of banking experiences in any reputed bank or financial institution along with at least two (2) years of experiences as DMD or equivalent level.
Deputy Managing Director Post :
Age maximum 55 years as on July 16, 2023. Besides, having minimum 20 years of banking experiences in any reputed bank or financial institution along with at least two (2) years as SEVP or equivalent level.

Executive Vice President Post :
Maximum age limit is 55 years as on July 16, 2023. In additional, minimum 18 years of banking experiences in any reputed bank or financial institution with at least two (2) years as SVP or equivalent position.
Senior Vice President Post :
Age limit is maximum 52 years as on July 16, 2023. Additionally, min 16 years of banking experiences in any reputed bank or financial institution with at least two (2) years as VP or equivalent rank.
Senior Assistant Vice President Post :
Applicant’s age limit is max 45 years as on July 16, 2023. In addition, min 13 years of banking experiences for any reputed bank or financial institution with at least two (2) years as AVP or equivalent role.
Qualifications : Minimum graduation in any discipline from any recognized university approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC), applicable to all senior positions. However, requirements may receive relaxation for those with high level of experiences and abilities.
Selection Process of All Senior Positions :
The authority will call up only a handful of applicants for interview session. Notably, those selected for the positions except AMD & DMD will have to execute a Surety Bond Cum Service Agreement to work for the bank for a minimum period of three (3) years since the date of joining. Here note that job location for all senior level positions will also be any place in the country, so having willingness to this end.

During application, applicants must attach these things : Complete Resume, recent passport size color photograph, signature in JPG format with size of 30 to 50 kb, SSC Certificate, last academic certificate & NID in JPG format with size of 200 to 300 kb.
