NBL Probationary Officer Job Requirements :

Interested graduates need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for ‘Probationary Officer’ (IT) post :

1. MSc or BSc in Computer Science from any public or private university approved by the UGC. 
2. GPA minimum 3.0 out of scale of 4.0 or 3.75 out of scale 5.0, both in Honors and Masters or their equivalent examinations. 
3. GPA at least 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC or their equivalent examinations. For applicants from English Medium, at least 3 A’s with 2 B’s in ‘O’ level exam and one (1) ‘A’ with one (1) ‘B’ in ‘A’ level examination. 
4. In case of foreign degree, qualifications need to be in line with latest UGC guidelines. 

Interested graduates need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application for ‘Probationary Officer’ (IC & C) post :

1. Masters with four-year bachelor degree, both in Business discipline, from any public or private university approved by the UGC. However, graduation with professional qualifications like CA or ACCA will receive preference in getting the job. 
2. GPA minimum 3.0 out of scale of 4.0 or 3.75 out of scale 5.0, both in Honors and Masters or their equivalent examinations. 
3. GPA at least 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC or their equivalent examinations. For applicants from English Medium, at least 3 A’s with 2 B’s in ‘O’ level exam and one (1) ‘A’ with one (1) ‘B’ in ‘A’ level examination. 
4. In case of foreign degree, qualifications need to be in line with latest UGC guidelines.

Other Requirements, Applicable to Both Positions :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions also to be eligible for application against their post of choice : 

1. All selected candidates will remain on probation for a period of one (1) year.

As Probationary Officers, selected graduates will receive monthly consolidated salary of Tk.45,000 during the probation period of one (1) year. Upon successful completion of the period, the authority will absorb them in the rank of ‘Executive Officer’ with a handsome pay according to the existing pay structure of the bank.
