Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University Kishoreganj opens two separate job circulars to fill some 44 vacant positions including faculty members in multiple departments. Application deadline is March 10 & 17, 2024 depending on positions.
Bangabandhu University Kishoreganj Vacancy 2024 Break-downs :
As per one circular, the university authority will recruit faculty members in the following departments :
Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturers for the departments of English, Mathematics, Accounting & Computer Science & Engineering.
There are four (4) Associate Professor post, four (4) Assistant Professor posts and twenty (20) Lecturer posts to be recruited in total.
Under the another circular, the recruitment will be made to the following posts :
- Director (Planning & Development, 1 post) 2. Section Officer (Grade 9, 2 permanent posts) 3. Assistant Computer Programmer (Grade 9, 1 permanent post) 4. Administrative Officer (Grade 10, 2 permanent posts) 5. Deputy-Assistant Engineer (Civil, Grade 10, 1 permanent post) 6. Cataloger (Grade 15, 1 post) 7. Lab Assistant (Grade 16, 2 posts) 8. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade 16, 3 posts) 9. Office Assistant (Grade 20, 3 permanent posts).

Application Period :
For the position of Associate & Assistant Professor & Lecturer, online application process begins from 12 noon February 18. And the last date & time to apply is 11:59 pm (night) on March 17, 2024.
On the other hand, for the other posts like Director, Section Officer, Administrative Officer etc., application deadline is 11:59 pm March 10, 2024.
What About the Application Fee?
For the post of Associate & Assistant Professor, the application fee is Tk.1000 while for the post of Lecturer, it is Tk.800 without service charge.
While for the post under serial no 1, the fee is Tk.600, for posts under serial no. 2 to 5, Tk.500, for posts under serial no. 6 to 8, Tk.300 and for posts under serial no. 9, Tk.100 without service charge.
Applicants will need to pay the fee through mobile banking/online banking/credit card.
