As per the circular, the authority will recruit professionals for the following positions :
- CFO (Chief Financial Officer) :
MBA major in Accounting/Finance with BBA (honors) along Chartered Accountancy. Besides, job experiences of minimum five years as CFO with any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 45 years.
- DGM/AGM (Finance & Accounts) :
Having MBA major in Accounting/Finance with BBA (honors) along Chartered Accountancy with min 1000 marks completed. Besides, job experiences of minimum five years in F & A Department of any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 40 years.
- DM/AM (F & A)
Having MBA degree with BBA (honors) along Chartered Accountancy course completed. In addition, job experiences of minimum three (3) years in F & A department of any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 35 years.
- Head of Internal Audit :
MBA major in Accounting/Finance with BBA (honors) along Chartered Accountancy along with CA with min 1000 marks completed. In addition, job experiences of minimum five (5) years in Internal Audit department of any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 40 years.
- DM/AM (Internal Audit) :
Having MBA degree with BBA (honors) along with CA completed. In addition, working experiences of minimum three (3) years in Internal Audit department of any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 35 years.
- Procurement Officer :
MBA major in Management with BBA (honors) along with training on related affairs from Bangladesh Insurance Academy.
Besides, job experiences of minimum three (3) years in procurement field of any non-life insurance company. And age should not exceed 35 years.

- Share Officer :
