Jibon Bima Corporation (JBC) opens a job circular to fill some 11 posts including Assistant Programmer, Data Entry Operator etc. Application process begins from 10 am March 4. And the last date & time to apply is 6 pm March 31, 2024.
Jibon Bima Corporations is a state-run agency under the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance, the government of Bangladesh.
JBC Job Circular 2024 In Details :
As per the circular, the authority will recruit people TO the following positions :
- Assistant Programmer (2 posts) 2. Junior Officer-Engineer (Civil, 1 post) 3. Data Entry Supervisor/Control Supervisor (1 post) 4. Senior Data Entry Operator/Senior Control Operator (1 post) and 5. Data Entry Operator/Control Operator (6 posts).
Jibon Bima Corporation Job Requirements :
According to the circular, aspirants will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their post of choice :
Assistant Programmer :
Post-graduation in any subjects Or bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science, obtained from any recognized university. Notably, applicants must overcome the hurdle of Standard Aptitude Test on programming. And age limit is maximum 30 years as on March 1, 2024.
Junior Officer-Engineering (Civil) :
Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree Or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum three (3) years of experiences in the role of Deputy Assistant Engineer (Civil).
Data Entry Supervisor/Control Supervisor :
HSC pass with minimum seven (7) years of experiences as Data Entry or Control Operator. Besides, one has to pass practical exam on related subject. Age can be maximum 35 years as on March 1, 2024.
Senior Data Entry Operator/Control Operator :
At least HSC pass with minimum two (2) years of experiences as Data Entry or Control Operator. Besides, one has to pass practical exam to the standard of 10,000 Key Depression per hour. Age can be maximum 30 years as on March 1, 2024.
Data Entry Operator/Control Operator :
Minimum HSC or equivalent level pass. However, those from Science group will receive preference in landing the jobs.
In addition, one has to pass standard aptitude test. And Age can be maximum 30 years as on March 1, 2024.
Age Limit Calculation :
Applicants’ age limit will be calculated as on March 1, 2024. applicable to all posts. However, for applicants related to Freedom Fighter/Martyred Freedom Fighter and the disabled, age limit is 32 years as on the same date.

Job Application Period :
As mentioned above, application process gets underway from 10 am March 4. And the last date and time to apply is 6 pm March 31, 2024.
Application Fee :
For the posts under serial no. 1 to 3, the application fee is Tk.669 while it is Tk.446 for the posts under serial no. 4 to 5.
Applicants will need to pay the fee by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission.
