Resource Integration Center (RIC) opens a job circular to fill some 138 posts including Field Supervisor, Case Manager & Trainer with application deadline April 25, 2024.
RIC is a national-level Non-Government Organization (NGO) with certification from Micro-credit Regulatory Authority (MRA).
RIC Vacancy 2024 Breakdowns :
As per the circular, the authority will recruit people to the following vacant positions :
- Field Supervisor (12 post) 2. Case Manager (84 posts) and 3. Trainer (42 post).
RIC Job Application Requirements :
Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their post of choice :
Field Supervisor :
Minimum bachelor degree in Social Science or relevant subjects along with four (4) years of experiences in implementing programs at field level.
Case Manager :
Bachelor degree in Social Welfare or equivalent field with two (2) years of work experiences in case management & social works. Besides, have to have knowledge on digital monitoring and evaluation.
Trainer :
Bachelor degree or equivalence along with two years of practical experiences as field level trainer. In addition, possession of experiences in training equipment development.
Common Job Conditions :
Aspirants will also meet the following conditions to secure the job :
- Holding the ability or skills to prepare reports in English and computer operation knowledge.
- Performing the duty staying at related work area
- Remuneration is subject to consultation, applicable to all posts.
- Age limit is maximum forty (40) years, applicable to all posts.

RIC Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following requirements to be eligible for application against their choice of position :
Zonal Manager post :
Minimum bachelor degree along with two (2) years of practical experiences in credit programs at relevant level. Besides, age limit is maximum 45 years.
Area Manager Post :
Applicants must have minimum bachelor degree with two (2) years of practical experiences in credit programs at area management level. Plus age limit is maximum 40 years.
Branch Manager Post :
The requirements are the same as what is for the post of Zonal Manager. However, age needs to be maximum 35 years.
