Job Responsibility As Executive Director :

The job holder is expected to lead UCEP Bangladesh’s Social Development Programme (SDP) in his or her capacity. The Executive Director is also expected to deliver the following duties as well :

1. Planning, organizing and directing organization’s SDP operations and programmes.
2. Communicating organization’s strategic vision related to SDP programmes in a clear, engaging and exciting manner to stakeholders.
3. Undertaking necessary and timely preparations for diversification of UCEP Bangladesh’s scope of SDP operations in the context of contemporary realities LDC graduation of Bangladesh, post Covid-19 realities etc.
4. Aligning UCEP Bangladesh’s strategic interests so that the organizational interests are duly reflected in relevant country papers, policies as well as organizational activities are programmes accordingly.
