Ad-Din Welfare Center opens a circular to recruit people to 125 vacant positions as Assistant Branch Manager and Supervisor. The last date to submit application is by 5 pm November 30, 2022.
Ad-Din Welfare Center operates community health and microfinance programs in different regions across the country with finance from Palli Karmo Sahayak Foundation. The fresh recruitment will be made to support the ongoing programs.
Ad-Din Welfare Center Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to hold the following qualities to be eligible for application :
For Assistant Branch Manager Post :
Post-graduation with at least first class or GPA 4.0 in SSC & HSC examinations respectively and minimum second class or GPA 2.5 in all other exams.
Other Requirements :
For the posts of Assistant Branch Manager, candidates’ height must be min 5 feet 4 inches and handwriting must be nice. Applicants need to be in good health and hard worker. And the age should be maximum 32 years.
According to the latest circular, there are 75 vacant posts to be filled up as Assistant Branch Manager.
For Supervisor Post :
Having Post-Graduation degree with GPA at least 2.50 plus GPA minimum 3.50 in both SSC and HSC or their equivalent exams. And age needs to be maximum 32 years.
To note, there are total 50 vacancies for Supervisor posts.

Job Benefits From The Center :
Selected candidates for the post of ‘Assistant Branch Manager’ will receive monthly salary of Tk. 18,000 in total while it is Tk. 17,000 a month for Supervisor post during apprenticeship.
Upon successful completion of apprenticeship period, candidates will get other benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity and Festival bonus along with monthly payment and free lunch. In addition, they will get promotion to the post of Branch Manager on the basis of performance.
To note, apprenticeship period is minimum six (6) months to twelve (12) months to the maximum.

Requirements For Technical Officer (livelihood) Post :
Minimum BSc degree in the fields of Agriculture/Husbandry/Veterinary/Fisheries Science from any recognized university. But those having post-graduate degree in those subjects will be given preference. In addition, there needs to be min three years’ of practical experiences with livelihood programs at field level. Those having past experiences with any PKSF projects will receive priorities in securing the job.
