Ad-Din Welfare Centre opens a job circular to fill some vacant positions including Project Coordinator, Technical Officer, Community Development Officer etc. with application deadline March 31, 2024.
The center operates community health and microfinance programs in different regions across the country with finance from Palli Karmo Sahayak Foundation and other donor agencies, both local & international.
The authority will recruit professional for a project titled ‘Resilient Homestead and Livelihood Support to the Vulnerable Coastal People of Bangladesh (RHL)’ financed by Green Climate Fund (GCF) & PKSF.

- Project Coordinator (1 post) 2. Admin & Accounts Officer (1 post) 3. Technical Officer (Environment & Monitoring, 1 post) 4. Technical Officer (Aquaculture, Vacancy : need-based) 5. Community Development Officer (Civil, 1 post) 6. Community Development Officer (Agriculture, Vacancy : Need-based) 7. Community Development Officer (Fisheries, Vacancy : Need-based) 8. Community Development Officer (Livestock, Vacancy : Need-based) and 9. Community Development Officer (Forestry, Vacancy : Need-based).

Job Requirements :
Aspirants will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Project Coordinator :
Master’s degree in any discipline obtained from any recognized university with seven (7) years of experiences.
Admin & Accounts Officer :
Bachelor degree in Accounts/Finance/Business Administration with five (5) years of job experiences.
Supervisor Post :
Having Post-Graduation degree with GPA at least 2.50 plus GPA minimum 3.50 in both SSC and HSC or their equivalent exams. And age needs to be maximum 32 years. There are 60 vacancies in total for Supervisor posts.

Common Requirements :
Besides, candidates’ height must be minimum 5 feet 4 inches and their handwriting must be nice. Applicants need to be in good health and hard worker. Furthermore, they must know how to ride motorcycles.
Attention : Candidates from all districts under Rajshahi, Khulna & Rangpur Divisions and those from Faridpur, Madaripur, Rajbari and Gopalganj Districts under Dhaka Division will receive preference in getting jobs.
Ad Din Welfare Center Job Benefits :
Selected candidates for the post of ‘Assistant Branch Manager’ will receive monthly salary of Tk. 20,000 in total while it is Tk. 19,000 a month for Supervisor post during apprenticeship.
Upon successful completion of apprenticeship period, candidates will get other benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity and Festival bonus along with monthly payment and free lunch. In addition, they will get promotion to the post of Branch Manager on the basis of performance.
To note that apprenticeship period is minimum six (6) months to twelve (12) months to the maximum.
