Prime Bank Investment Ltd. (PBIL) has issued a circular to recruit individuals to Several Senior Positions. The Deadline to throw application ONLINE is June 15, 2021.

Wanted Positions : The positions to which fresh recruits will be made are the followings : 1. Senior Officer 2. Executive Officer and 3. Senior Executive Officer.
Requirements : Interested but qualified and experienced individuals need to demonstrate the following qualities to be eligible for application :
a. Qualified Barrister from the UK/Barrister and Solicitor from the Canadian Jurisdiction with good academic record.
b. Must get enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council and having membership of the Dhaka Bar Association or the Chittagong Bar Association or any other local Bar Association. Those who are under licensing process can also apply.
c. Strong capability in preparing or drafting legal instruments/documents/agreements and filing court cases independently.
d. Being eloquent in both spoken and written English plus computer literacy on all fronts.
e. Having minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience. Candidates with experiences in corporate laws with receive preference in securing jobs.
f. Age being not over 35 as on April 30, 2021.
Job Responsibilities : Selected individuals are expected to do the following work :
a. Providing assistance in completion of deals of Merger & Acquisition, Amalgamation and Corporate Tax Assessment.
b. Handling other legal issues of the company.
Job Location : Selected candidates will be stationed in either Dhaka or Chittagong.
Salary Package : Individuals chosen for the above positions will receive market-fitting salary and benefits in line with the company policy.
However, higher position or salary may be negotiated when it comes to highly deserving candidates.
