As per reports, Musk now has a net worth of about $191 billion ( as of January 6) though he had just about $37 billion even in last year!
Musk’s monumental rise to the world of billionaires is mainly due to recent increase in Tesla’s share.
As per reports, Musk (59) added more than $165 billion to his wealth in 2020 even amid the pandemic, which is unprecedented in terms of creation of wealth.
Jeff Bezos, holding the top spot in the index since October 2017, has slipped to number 2 position with an estimated worth of $187 billion while Bill Gates is on third with $132 billion, according to Bloomberg.
