Mugda Medical College, Dhaka opens a job circular to fill some 23 posts including Medical Technologist, Statistician, Computer Operator, Cashier etc. Online application process has begun from January 30 and ends on February 19, 2024.
As per the circular, the authority will make recruitment on temporary basis and thereby inviting applications from Bangladeshi citizens.

Under the circular, the medical college authority will recruit people in the following positions :
- Medical Technologist (Radiography, 2 posts) 2. Medical Technologist (Lab, 11 posts) 3. Statistician (Grade 14, 1 post) 4. Assistant Librarian (Grade-14, 1 post) 5. Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator (Grade-14, 1 post) 6. Store Keeper (Grade-16, 1 post) 7. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (1 post) 8. Cashier (Grade-16, 1 post) 9. Office Sahayak (Grade-20, 4 posts).
Job Requirements :
Interested persons will require to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Medical Technologist (Radiography) :
Diploma in Medical Technology (Radiology) obtained from any recognized institute.
Medical Technologist (Lab) :
Having Diploma in Medical Technology (Lab) obtained from any recognized institute.
Statistician :
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics obtained from any known university along with skills in computer operation.
Assistant Librarian :
Bachelor or equivalent degree obtained from any known university along with skills in computer operation plus Diploma in Library Science.
Or
Minimum bachelor or equivalent degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science obtained from any known university along with skills in computer operation.
Cashier :
HSC or equivalent level pass with computer operation skills.
Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator :
Minimum second class (or equivalent CGPA) Bachelor or equivalent obtained from any known university along with skills in computer operation.
Short-hand typing speed per minute must be minimum 70 words in English and 45 words in Bangla while typing speed per minute in Bangla 25 words and 30 words in English.
Age Requirements :
For all general candidates, age limit is maximum 30 years as on January 1, 2024. However, for those related to freedom fighter or martyred freedom fighter and the disabled, it is 32 years to the max as on the same date.

Application Period :
As mentioned above, online application process has begun from 10 am January 30. And the last date & time to apply is 5 pm on February 19, 2024.
Application Fee :
The application fee varies from post to post. For the posts under serial number 1 to 2, the fee is Tk.335 including service charge, for posts under serial no. 3 to 8, it is Tk.223 and Tk.112 for the post under serial no. 9.
Notably, applicants must pay the fee by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission.
Written Test Admit Card :
Any information regarding admit card will be available in this website http://mumc.teletalk.com.bd
The authority will also inform only primarily eligible candidates of their admit cards by SMS in due course of time. So they have to keep their mobile number active (which they provided while filling up online application form).
