Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEFCC), the government of Bangladesh opens a job circular to fill some 26 posts including Computer Operator, Office Assistant etc. Online application process begins from February 15 and closes at 5 pm March 6, 2024.
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Vacancy 2024 Details :
As per the circular, the authority will recruit people to the following posts :
- Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator (Grade 13, 9 posts) 2. Computer Operator (Grade 13, 1 post) 3. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade 16, 4 posts) and 4. Office Assistant (Sahayak, Grade 20, 12 posts).
MOEFCC Job Requirements :
Prospective candidates will need to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator :
Bachelor degree or equivalence obtained from any recognized university with computer training received. Short-hand typing speed must be 45 words in Bangla & 70 words in English per minute plus typing speed per minute min 30 words in English & 25 words in Bangla. Besides, aspirants have to pass Standard Aptitude Test in related subject.
Notably, residents from all districts excluding Manikganj, Faridpur, Gopalganj, Netrokona, Brahmanbaria, Cumilla, Sirajganj, Rangpur, Jashore, Narail, Barishal, Bhola, Jhalakati, Pirojpur, Barguna & Potuakhali are eligible for application.
However, the orphans & the disabled from across the country are eligible for application.
Computer Operator :
Bachelor (honors) or equivalent degree in Science Group, obtained from any recognized university. Typing speed per minute must be minimum 30 words in English & 25 words in Bangla. Besides, aspirants have to pass Standard Aptitude Test in related subject.
Office Assistant cum Computer Typist :
HSC or equivalent level under any education board with training in computer operation. Typing speed per minute must be minimum 20 words in both English & Bangla. Besides, have to skills & experiences in running MS Office, email and fax tools.
Office Sahayak :
SSC or equivalent level pass under any education board.
Note that residents from all the districts except Munshiganj, Narsingdi, Faridpur, Kishoreganj, Jamalpur, Tangail, Sherpur, Brahmanbaria, Chandpur, Lakshmipur, Rangamati, Pabna, Sirajganj, Naogaon, Natore, Kurigram, Panchagarh, Jashore, Khulna, Jhenaidah, Bagerhat, Kushtia & Sylhet are allowed to apply for this post.
Age Requirements :
For all general candidates, age limit is maximum 30 years & minimum 18 years as on February 15, 2024. However, for those related to freedom fighter or martyred freedom fighter and the disabled, it is 32 years to the max as on the same date. In addition, for divisional candidates, maximum age limit is 40 years.

Application Period :
As mentioned above, online application process begins from 10 am February 15 and ends at 5 pm on March 6, 2024.
Application Fee :
For posts under serial no. 1 to 3, the application fee is Tk.223 including service charge while it is Tk.112 for post under serial no. 4.
Applicants need to pay the fee by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number. The fee must be paid within 72 hours of application submission.
Written Test Admit Card :
Any information regarding admit card will be available in this website http://moefcc.teletalk.com.bd
The authority will also inform only primarily eligible candidates of their admit cards by SMS in due course of time. So they have to keep their mobile number active (which they provided while filling up online application form).
