MBBS admission circular 2021 : Application starts Feb 11
Exam Process Remains the Same Like Previous Years
MBBS admission Circular for the academic year 2020-2021 has been published by Directorate of Health Education. As per the circular, student admission process into all public and private medical colleges in Bangladesh for the academic session is getting underway from 12 a.m. February 11.
The application process will remain open till 11:59 of March 1 and the written examination is scheduled to be held on April 2, added the circular.
On the other hand, application process for BDS Course begins on March 27 with the last date April 15. The BDS admission Test is set to take place on April 30.
Basic Requirements : Candidates need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application :
1. Minimum GPA-9.00 from SSC & HSC combined.
2. SSC & HSC combined GPA min 8.00 for tribal and non-tribal Hill tracts candidates.
3. CGPA not less than 3.5 in any single public exam.
4. Biology grade must be min 3.50 in HSC exams for all types of candidates.
Medical Admission Exam Method
According to the circular, the admission test method of 2020-2021 academic year remains the same like the previous years. In other words, the tests will have 200 marks in total with 100 marks MCQ Test and the rest 100 coming from SSC & HSC examination results combined.
