DSE (Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC) opens two separate job circular to recruit Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Technology Officers (CTO) with online application deadline Feb 28, 2024.
DSE Job Requirements :
Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Requirements for COO :
- Minimum Master’s in Business/Economics with minimum fifteen (15) years of management experiences with any Capital Market Institution/local or international financial institution or any Multi-National Company.
- Professional qualifications like CFA/CA/CMA/CPA will be regarded as extra privileges.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Capital Market Operations.
Finally selected candidates will receive attractive compensation package as per the existing pay structure of the company
Requirements for CTO :
- Master’s degree/PhD with Bachelor in the fields of Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology or any related subject. MBA from any recognized institution will be regarded as an added qualification.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of working experiences in the IT industry with focus on Fintech or Financial Services. Experiences in developing & implementing technology solutions in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM)/Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)/COBIT 5 Foundation/ Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)/Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)/Project Management Professional (PMP) or Finacle.
