BUP (Bangladesh University of Professionals) MSc In Cyber Security (MCS) admission circular for session 2023-2024 is open. Deadline to apply online is February 8, 2024.
BUP MCS Program Features :
The two year-long Masters program contains the following features :
- Duration two year.
- Degree offered MSc In Cyber Security.
- Total Credit Hour 40 (33 Theory + 7 for Projects).
- Classes only on Fridays & Saturdays.
BUP MCS Program Admission Requirements :
Interested persons need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Bachelor degree in CSE, ICT, EECE, ETE, ECE, ICE, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant engineering degree obtained from any recognized university, home & abroad.
- Students with bachelor degree in other subjects are also eligible for application if they have adequate job experiences in cyber security or related fields.
- GPA minimum 3.50 out of scale 5.0 or first class/division or equivalence in both SSC & HSC or equivalent exams.
- Those with GPA below 2.50 out of 5.0 or third class in either SSC or HSC or their equivalent exams are ineligible.
- Having minimum 50% marks or GPA minimum 2.50 out of scale 4.0 or equivalence in Bachelor’s degree.

BUP MCS Program Admission Test Format :
Admission test involves 100 marks MCQ & Written type questions—40 marks for MCQ & 60 for written (Analytical).
