SIBL Assistant Officer Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for Assistant Officer (General) position :
- Minimum Master’s degree or four (4) year-long bachelor (honors) from any public university or UGC approved private university in the country.
- CGPA minimum 3.0 out of scale 4.0 or 3.75 out of scale 5.0 in both Bachelor (honors) and Masters or their equivalent exams.
- GPA minimum 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC and HSC or their equivalent examinations.
- Age limit is maximum 30 years as on December 31, 2023. In support of age, applicants must produce original certificate of SSC or equivalent exam.
- Strong computer operating skills particularly MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and spoken plus satisfactory interpersonal interaction skills.
Requirements for Assistant Officer (Cash) :
1. Minimum Graduation from any public or private university approved by the UGC with a satisfactory academic records.
2. Age limit is 30 years to the maximum as on December 31, 2023. In proof of age, applicants have to produce original certificate of SSC or equivalent exam during viva.

SIBL Job Conditions (not applicable for assistant officer):
Selected candidates for the position of Probationary Officer ‘will have to undertake a Surety Bond’ to serve the bank for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of joining. In addition, the job location will be anywhere in Bangladesh and thus being in agreement to that.

SIBL Salary Structure for Assistant Officer :
As Assistant Officer for a period of one (1) year, selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.28,000 only. Upon successful completion of probation period, the authority will confirm them in the rank of Assistant Officer (General) and provide them with total initial monthly pay of Tk.39,000.
On the other hand, as an Assistant Officer (Cash) for a probation period of one year, one will receive a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.26,000 only. On successful finish of the probationary period, the authority will confirm him/her in the role and pay monthly Tk.36,000 only in total.

SIBL Assistant Officer Selection Process :
The selection process for probationary officer consists of three steps—written test and two-stage interview.
Initially, the authority will make a short list out of all applicants and call them to appear in a written test. The admit card for the test will be issued through the relevant link. Then the successful candidates out of written test will come up for the interview.
Here note that the authority will make all related correspondences with candidates through SMS/email. So applicants must have a valid email address, not to mention.
