IADS (Institute of Agribusiness & Development Studies), BAU MBA in Agribusiness admission circular for Summer Semester 2024 (April-September) is open with application deadline March 18.
The institute offers the two (2) year-long program consisting of four semesters including Thesis Semester.
What Are Requirements for IADS MBA In Agribusiness Admission?
Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Four year-long Bachelor (honors) degree obtained from any recognized university in Agricultural Science such as Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Food Technology, Food Safety Management, Bio-informatics Engineering etc. Or
- BBA or honors degree in the following subjects : BBA, Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Economics, Environmental Economics, Management Information Systems, Banking & Insurance, Human Resource Management, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Geography, Zoology, Botany, Engineering, Statistics.
- CGPA minimum 2.50 out of scale 4.0 or 3.50 out of scale 5.0 under credit course system Or minimum 50% marks under annual marking system.
- Those who have appeared in honors final exam are also eligible for application.
Admission Test Format :
The admission test of IADS MBA course splits into two parts—MCQ & Essay. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) part consists of Communication, Mathematics & Analytical Ability while Essay part is taken on Essay Writing & Interpretation skills.

Admission Test : March 20
Test Results : March 21
Admission Period : March 24 to April 2, 2024.
Orientation & Class Commencement : April 4, 2024.

BAU MBA In Agribusiness Admission Process :
Aspirants will have to apply in prescribed form which they can collect from Pubali Bank Ltd., University Chattar Branch, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh for payment of Tk.500.
Then they will fill up the form properly & submit it by office hours on March 18 to/at the Office of Institute of Agribusiness & Development Studies, BAU.

Applicants must attach attested photocopies of all academic certificates, mark-sheets and three (3) copies of passport size photographs.
