Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) issues a job circular to make recruitment to 28 posts. Application process will continue from March 25 to April 25, 2021.
Name of Posts with Corresponding Departments & Figures : The recruitment will be made for the following positions in the numbers specified in bracket :
1. Assistant Director (Technical, no. of post 7) 2. Assistant Director (admin & human resources, no. of post 1) 3. Assistant Director (finance, accounts & revenue, no. of post 1) 4. Deputy Assistant Director (admin & human resources, no. of post 1) 5. Deputy Assistant Director (finance, accounts & revenue, no. of post 2) 6. Deputy Assistant Director (technical, no. of post 6) 7. Personal Officer (no. of post 2) 8. Administrative Assistant (no. of post 2) 9. Receptionist/PABX Operator (no. of post 1) 10. Personal Assistant (no. of post 3) 11. Computer Operator (no. of post 1) and 12. Accountant (no. of post 1).
To note, all the posts are to be filled up on temporary basis. Candidates from all districts are eligible to apply for all the above posts.
Requirements : Aspirants need to demonstrate the following requirements against their preferred posts :
1. For the post of Assistant Director (technical), min second class honors degree in telecommunication/electrical/electronic/computer engineering.
2. For Assistant Director (admin & human resources), minimum second class Post-graduation degree from any recognized university. At least two first class or division in any two public exams.
3. For Assistant Director (finance, accounts & revenue), min second class post-graduation with honors in Accounting. At least two first class or division in any two public exams.
4. For Deputy Assistant Director (admin & human resources), min second class post-graduation degree from any university. No third class or division in any public examinations allowed.
5. For Deputy Assistant Director (finance, accounts & revenue), at least 2nd class post-graduation degree in Accounting. No third class or division in any public exams acceptable.
6. For the post of Deputy Assistant Director (technical), min second class or division Diploma in Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Technology from technical education board. No third class, division or equivalent grade is allowed.
7. For the post of Personal Officer, aspirants need to have min second class post-graduation degree from any recognized university. No third class, division or equivalent grade in any level of public exams is allowed.
8. For the post of Administrative Assistant, min 2nd class graduation from any public university and typing speed min 25 words a minute in Bangla and min 40 words in English per minute.
9. For the post of Receptionist/PABX Operator, min 2nd class post-graduation degree from any university. Plus typing speed min 25 words a minute in Bangla and min 40 words in English per minute. No third class, division or equivalent grade in any level of public exams is allowed.
10. For the post of Personal Assistant, min 2nd class post-graduation degree from any university. Plus typing speed min 25 words a minute in Bangla and min 40 words in English per minute. No third class, division or equivalent grade in any level of public exams is allowed.
11. For the post of Computer Operator, min 2nd class graduation from any university. Plus typing speed min 25 words a minute in Bangla and min 40 words in English per minute. No third class, division or equivalent grade in any level of public exams is allowed.
12. For the post of Accountant, min 2nd class graduation (honors) in Accounting or 2nd class graduation in Business Discipline. Plus typing speed min 25 words a minute in Bangla and min 40 words in English per minute. No third class, division or equivalent grade in any level of public exams is allowed. Plus enough skills in operating computer.
Application Time : Online application will be getting underway from 10 a.m. March 25. And the process will continue till 5 p.m. April 25.

Application Fee : The fee for application is Tk. 224 with charge which needs to be paid by any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application.
To note, confirmation of application will happen upon deposit of fee.
