As per the circular, the organization will recruit people to the following positions :
- Zonal Manager (2 post) 2. Area Manager (5 posts) 3. Audit Officer (6 Posts) 4. Branch Manager (25 posts) 5. Branch Accountant (25 post) and 6. Credit Officer (50 posts).
Aspada Foundation Job Requirements :
Interested persons need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their post of choice :
Zonal Manager Post :
Post-graduation or equivalent with five (5) years of practical experiences in related position including eight years with Savings & credit programs. Age range needs to be in between 35 to 45 years.
Area Manager Post :
Post-graduation or equivalent with three (3) years of practical experiences in related position including five (5) years with savings & credit programs. Age range needs to be in between 35 to 45 years.
Credit Officer Post :
Minimum graduation with age maximum 40 years. However, those with experiences will receive preference in landing the job.
