- At least 20 years of experience in any bank or NBFI with minimum two years of experience in the role of Managing Director/Additional Managing Director/Deputy Managing Director.
- Post-graduation from any reputed university or institution. A higher degree in Banking/Economics and Finance/Business Administration will be regarded as an additional qualification.
- Someone with experiences in different areas like Credit Risk Management; Sales & Product Development; Portfolio Management; Branch Management; Credit Administration, Automation and Human Resources will receive preferences in landing the job.
- Age not over 58 years.
