The Office of Tax Commissioner, Mymensingh opens a job circular to fill up some 29 posts including Ucchaman Sahakari, Office Sahayak, Data Entry Operator etc. Online application process begins from February 7 and ends on February 27, 2024.
Tax Commissioner Office Mymensingh Job Circular Break-downs :
As per the circular, the authority will recruit people in the following positions :
- Ucchaman Sahakari (Grade-14, 11 posts) 2. Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator (2 post) 3. Data Entry Operator/Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (3 posts) 4. Driver (2 posts) 5. Machine Operator (1 post) 6. Notice Server (5 posts) 7. Office Sahayak (Grade-20, 4 posts) and 8. Security Guard (Grade 20, 1 post).
Job Requirements :
Job seekers will need to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Ucchaman Sahakari :
Second class (or equivalent CGPA) bachelor or equivalent degree obtained from any recognized university with skills in computer operation. Besides, computer typing speed must be minimum 30 words in English & 25 words in Bangla.
Short-hand Typist cum Computer Operator :
Minimum second class (or equivalent CGPA) bachelor or equivalent degree obtained from any recognized university with skills in computer operation. In addition, short-hand type speed minimum 70 words in English & 45 words in Bangla per minute plus computer typing speed min 30 words in English & 25 words in Bangla.
Data Entry Operator/Office Assistant cum Computer Typist :
Second class (or equivalent GPA) HSC or equivalent degree under any education board with skills in computer operation. In addition, computer typing speed minimum 20 words in both English & Bangla per minute.
Office Sahayak :
SSC or equivalent level pass under any recognized education board.
Age Requirements :
For all general candidates, age range is in between 18 to 30 years as on February 1, 2024. However, for those related to freedom fighter or martyred freedom fighter and the disabled, it is 18 to 32 years to the max as on the same date.
According to the circular, permanent residents of Mymensingh Division and Kishoreganj District excluding Bhairab & Kuliarchar Upazila are eligible for application.

Application Fee :
The application fee varies from post to post. For the posts under serial number 1 to 4, the fee is Tk.223 including service charge while for the posts under serial no. 5 to 8, it is Tk.112.
Notably, applicants must pay the fee by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission.
Written Test Admit Card :

The authority will also inform only primarily eligible candidates of their admit cards by SMS in due course of time. So they have to keep their mobile number active (which they provided while filling up online application form).
