Rajshahi University (RU) IER (Institute of Education & Research) MPhil PhD Programs admission circular for academic year 2023-24 is now open. Application process is already underway with last date to collect application form December 27, 2023.
The duration of MPhil program is two (2) years while it is three (3) years for PhD Program at the IER, RU. Master’s degree holders along with bachelor (honors) degree in any discipline are eligible for application.
Rajshahi University IER MPhil Admission Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- First class/division or GPA minimum 3.75 with fourth subject in either of SSC and HSC or their equivalent exams.
Rajshahi University IER PhD Admission Requirements :
- MPhil or equivalent degree along with other specified requirements mentioned in the circular. However, the university teachers and those with MPhil degree obtained from the university will be able to straight apply for admission.

RU IER MPhil PhD Admission Process :
Interested persons can collect Admission Form in-person from the Office of the Director, Institute of Education & Research for a pay of Tk.1000 as Bank Draft. The money needs to be deposited with Agrani Bank Ltd Rajshahi University Corporate Branch in favor of the Director, IER.
Or aspirants can collect the admission form by sending return envelope along with Tk.20 Stamp (Dak Ticket) attached and own address mentioned on the envelope.
Application Deadline :
The deadline to send application form is December 28 along with attested photocopies of all academic certificates, mark-sheets and two (2) copies of passport size photograph.
