Monno Medical College Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following qualities to be eligible for application against their chosen posts :
For Admin Manager Post :
Having graduation or post graduation degree, preferably MBA in HRM. In addition, there needs to have at least five (5) years of working experiences with any renowned hospital.
For Assistant Admin Manager Post :
Having graduation or post graduation degree, preferably MBA in HRM. In addition, there needs to have at least three (3) years of working experiences with any renowned hospital.
For College Secretary Post :
Having graduation or post graduation degree. In addition, there needs to have at least three (3) years of working experiences with any renowned hospital.
For Architect Post :
Having BSc or Diploma in Architect Engineering along with creative AutoCAD experience in Interior and Exterior Design, MATLAB and five (5) years of experiences in established furniture company/Interior Design farm.
For Civil Engineer Post :
BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering degree. In case of BSc degree, there needs to have at least five (5) years of experiences with established Construction/Real Estate Company while it is minimum eight (8) years for candidates with Diploma degree.
For Electrical Engineer Post :
BSc or Diploma in Electrical Engineering degree. In case of BSc degree, there needs to have at least five (5) years of experiences with established hospital/Electrical/Corporate company while it is minimum eight (8) years for candidates with Diploma degree. Notably, candidates with Bio-medical Engineering degree will receive preference in landing jobs.
For Purchase Manager Post :
Having graduation or post-graduation degree along with five (5) years of experiences with established hospital/clinic/diagnostic center.
