Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism (MOCAT), the government of Bangladesh opens a job circular to fill some six (6) posts including Computer Operator with online application period February 1 to 28, 2024.
Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism Job Circular Breakdowns :
As per the circular, the authority will recruit people to the following positions :
- Computer Operator (Grade-13, 1 post) and 2. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade-16, 5 posts).
MOCAT Job Requirements :
Interested person will need to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
Computer Operator :
Bachelor (honors) or equivalent degree in Science Group, obtained from any recognized university. Typing speed per minute must be minimum 30 words in English & 25 words in Bangla. Besides, aspirants have to pass Standard Aptitude Test in related subject.
Office Assistant cum Computer Typist :
HSC or equivalent level under any education board with training in computer operation. Typing speed per minute must be minimum 20 words in both English & Bangla. Besides, have to skills & experiences in running MS Office, email and fax tools.
Age Requirements :
For all general candidates, age limit is maximum 30 years as on February 1, 2024. However, for those related to freedom fighter or martyred freedom fighter and the disabled, it is 32 years to the max as on the same date.
Notably, residents from the districts of Dhaka, Gazipur, Manikganj, Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Madaripur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Chattagram, Bandarban, Cox’s Bazar, Chandpur, Cumilla, Khagrachhari, Feni, Rangamati, Rajshahi, Noakhali, Joypurhat, Sirajganj, Natore, Chapainawabganj, Bogura, Gaibandha, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Khulna, Jhenaidah, Magura, Narail, Satkhira, Chuadanga, Kushtia, Meherpur, Jhalakati, Pirojpur, Borguna, Sylhet, Moulabhibazar, Sunamganj and Habiganj are eligible for application for both the posts. However, orphans & the disabled from across the country are eligible for application.

Application Fee :
The application fee is Tk.223 including service charge which applicants need to pay by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number. The fee must be paid within 72 hours of application submission.
