For Country Manager Bangladesh Position :

1. Master’s degree from any prominent university.
2. Those with science background will receive preference.
3. Minimum 16 years of Logistics and Services Industry experiences with knowledge of logistics infrastructure and competition.
4. On character points, have to be enigmatic, fair and decisive personality.
5. Innovative, visionary and driven to generate long-term solutions.
6. In terms of leadership, having capabilities to assess and hold direct reports accountable for both leadership and functional roles.

Job Responsibilities For Maersk Country Manager Bangladesh :

Selected persons for the role must carry out the following tasks among others :

1. Building corporate strategic priorities, define country vision and strategy, business planning and budgeting.
2. Ensuring local product development, addressing local needs and corporate strategy.
3. Directing P&L responsibility for Maersk business activities in Bangladesh and as a commercial leader, executing and delivering business plans for the country.
