Jamuna Bank MT/PO Job Requirements :
Interested graduates need to meet the following qualities, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Having at least four (4) year graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
- CGPA at least 3.0 out of 4.0 or first class in graduation level.
- CGPA at least 4.0 out of 5.0 in SSC, HSC or their equivalent exams.
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on April 27, 2023.
- Having strong work ethics, positive attitudes, problem solving skills, customer oriented approach, team player, adaptability, accountability and strong communication skills.
Job Conditions :
After selection through several stages, candidates have to sign a bond to serve the bank for at least five (5) years since the date of joining.

Jamuna Bank Salary Structure for MT/PO Posts :
During the probation period of one year, selected candidates as Management Trainee with receive a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.60,000 while it is Tk.45,000 for Probationary Officer along with other existing benefits.
After successful completion of probation period, Management Trainee and Probationary Officer will be absorbed as First Executive Officer and Officer (General) respectively. Then they will enjoy attractive salary and other benefits as per the bank’s existing policy.
