Indian government’s Central Vista Project, granted green signal by the Supreme Court to go ahead on January 5, 2021, is a much talked about ambitious plan to redevelop several government infrastructures along the three kilometer stretch from Rashtrapati Bhaban (Official Residence of Indian President) Presidential to India Gate.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 20,000 crores.
The project involves reconstruction of several mega government structures including new Parliament Building, central secretariat, new PMO and others.
