Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their preferred position :
General Manager (Overall) Post :
Graduation or Post-Graduation with minimum ten (10) years of practical experiences in writers/manuscripts selection, costing, printing, promotion, marketing areas.
Manager (Manuscripts Selection & Editing) :
Graduation or Post-Graduation with minimum five (5) years of practical experiences in manuscripts selection & editing works.
Manager (Costing) Post :
Being a Graduate or Post-Graduate with minimum five (5) years experiences in the area of costing.
Manager (Printing/Production) :
Being a Graduate or Post-Graduate with five (5) years experiences in the area of printing.
Manager (Promotion) :
Possession of Graduation or Post-Graduation degree with five (5) years experiences in the area of marketing & promotions of books to targeted community.
Manager (Marketing) :
Holders of Graduation or Post-Graduation degree with eight (8) years experiences in marketing of books to the target group.
