Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among other, to be eligible for application :
- Having at least Graduation from recognized reputed Public/Private University.
- Having at least 2 to 8 years of experiences in Home/Mortgage Loan.
- Having strong knowledge in Retail Banking, Business Development, Relationship Management, and be highly committed to customer services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both in Bangla and English.
- Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skill, MS Office knowledge is required.
- Job Location will be ‘Anywhere in Bangladesh. So have to have willingness for that.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving yearly portfolio target of home/mortgage loans to grow business volumes through branch distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and searching for potential customers.
- Interviews potential and current clients to understand their lending needs including first-time mortgages and refinance of existing loans.
- Assists clients with completion of mortgage applications, inspecting completed documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Reviews loan applications, gathers credit histories and reports, and assesses applicant’s capacity to repay and default risk.
- Ensure compliance to know your customer and Anti Money Laundering requirements in all dealing with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain Internal Liaison for loan disbursement with assurance of compliance and due diligence.
