LankaBangla Finance Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among other, to be eligible for application :

1. Having at least Graduation from recognized reputed Public/Private University.
2. Having at least 2 to 8 years of experiences in Home/Mortgage Loan.
3. Having strong knowledge in Retail Banking, Business Development, Relationship Management, and be highly committed to customer services.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication, both in Bangla and English.
5. Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skill, MS Office knowledge is required.
6. Job Location will be ‘Anywhere in Bangladesh. So have to have willingness for that.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for achieving yearly portfolio target of home/mortgage loans to grow business volumes through branch distribution network.
2. Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and searching for potential customers.
3. Interviews potential and current clients to understand their lending needs including first-time mortgages and refinance of existing loans.
4. Assists clients with completion of mortgage applications, inspecting completed documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
5. Reviews loan applications, gathers credit histories and reports, and assesses applicant’s capacity to repay and default risk.
6. Ensure compliance to know your customer and Anti Money Laundering requirements in all dealing with existing and potential customers.
7. Maintain Internal Liaison for loan disbursement with assurance of compliance and due diligence.
