Department of Youth Development (DYD) free three (3) month-long freelancing training admission circular is open. Interested youths aged 18 to 35 need to apply online with deadline December 14, 2023.
DYD, under the Ministry of Youth & Sports, runs the free training program in sixteen (16) districts across eight (8) divisions in Bangladesh.
The districts where the training available are Dhaka, Gopalganj, Gazipur Shariatpur, Cumilla, Lakshmipur, Madaripur, Rajbari, Chandpur, Rajshahi, Narail, Thakurgaon, Bhola, Sherpur, Sylhet and Sunamganj.
The department conducts the training under an ongoing project titled ‘Employment Generation for Educated Job Seekers Through Freelancing’.
DYD Free Freelancing Training Features :
The freelancing program offers the following facilities, among others, for participants :
- Duration is three months—600 hours in total.
- Trainees will receive Tk.200 per day over the training period.
- No fee needed for receiving the training.
DYD Free Freelancing Training Admission Process :
To take part in the training, interested eligible youths first need to apply online through the following link :

Then eligible candidates will need to sit for a written test which is scheduled to take place on December 19, 2023.
Successful candidates our of the test will then appear for a viva exam slated to be held on December 21.
The authority will publish the admission eligible candidates’ list on December 27, 2023.
