ADUST Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to fulfill the following conditions against their preferred job positions :

For Professor posts :

Having PhD or MPhil degree plus 18 years of teaching experience. But for PhD holders, the experience needs to be of 12 years and 15 publications as per the University Grant Commission rules.

For Associate Professor posts :

Having PhD or MPhil degree and eight years of teaching experience. But in case of PhD holders, teaching experience should be of seven years plus five publications as per the UGC rules.

For Assistant Professor posts :

Having three (3) years of teaching experience but for PhD holders, it is just two years and minimum two publications as per the UGC rules.

For Lecturer posts :

Four year Bachelor degree in relevant subject with all first class or division or CGPA minimum 3.5 on a scale of 4.0. But educational qualifications may have relaxations for the candidates with PhD and teaching experience.

For Director, Career Development Center post :

Master’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university plus 10 years of work experience with any career development center. Candidates having PhD and vast experience will receive preference in landing jobs.

For Deputy Registrar post :

Having master’s in any discipline from any reputed university and ten years of work experience in relevant field. Candidates should have good command over English language and computer skills.
