OBL Job Requirements :
Aspiring young graduates need to meet the following requirements to be eligible for application :
- Having Master’s or 4 year graduation (honors) or B.Sc engineering in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or educational institutions.
- Minimum three first class divisions/class/equivalent CGPA (having no third class/division/equivalent CGPA up to graduation).
- Having minimum CGPA 4.0 out of 5.0 and CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 will be considered first class or division.
- For English medium students, having minimum ‘B’ in ‘O’ and ‘A’ level exams.
Other Requirements : Aspirants need to fulfill the following conditions as well :
- Being a citizen of Bangladesh.
- Having courage or willingness to work anywhere in the country.
- Age not over 30 years as on May 31, 2022. But for the candidates of son/daughters of Freedom Fighters and existing OBL employees, it is maximum 32 years as on the same date.
- Effective verbal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
5. Having proficiency in computer operation specially MS Office Programs.

Job Conditions : Graduates selected for appointment as Special Cadre Officers will have to comply with a bond to serve the One Bank Ltd. for a minimum period of five (5) years including probation period of one year.
Job Benefits : During the probation period of one year, graduates selected in the role of Special Cadre Officers will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 50k. Upon successful completion of probation period and qualification of prescribed test, fresh recruits will be taken as Officer/Senior Officer at the bank on merit basis.
Selection Process : Initially, only a handful of candidates will be selected among all applicants based on potentials for a written test followed by a viva vice at the final stage of selection.
