Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer for the Department of Business Administration (Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management & MIS), Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities (BS & H), Departments of Architecture, Dept. of Civil Engineering, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Dept. of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Dept. of English, Dept. of Law & Human Rights (L & HR) and Dept. of Pharmacy.

Besides, ‘Laboratory Assistant’ and ‘Laboratory Attendant’ Posts for Dept. of Civil Engineering.

Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to demonstrate the following credentials to be eligible for application, among others :
For Professor post : PhD with first class or GPA min 3.00 at bachelor and Master’s level in relevant disciplines with min 11 years of teaching background or 14 years of service, of which in both cases, at least 8 years of active teaching as Assistant Professor and or above, of which 3 years must be as Associate Professor. All candidates must have at least 10 publications in peer reviewed journals.

For Engineering Departments like CE, CSE and EEE, the candidates must have at least 5 publications as Associate Professor in peer reviewed journals, in which at least three must be as first author.

Associate Professor post : PhD with first class or GPA min 3.00 at Bachelor and Master’s level in relevant disciplines with min 7 years of teaching background or 9 years of service experience, of which in both cases, at least 5 years of active teaching as Assistant Professor. All candidates must have at least 5 publications in peer reviewed journals

For the Departments of CE, CSE and EEE, at least 3 of publications must be as first author.

Assistant Professor post : (a) PhD in relevant field with first class or GPA min 3.00 at Bachelor and Master’s level for Departments of Pharmacy and BS & H; PhD in relevant field with first class or GPA min 3.00 at Master’s level for the Departments of BA, English and L & HR; PhD with first class or GPA min 3.00 at Bachelor’s level for the Departments of Architecture, CE, CSE and EEE; or (b) first class in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree or GPA 3.0 for the Departments of Architecture, Business Administration, English, L & HR and GPA 3.5 for the Departments of BS & H, Pharmacy, CE, CSE & EEE) in relevant disciplines.

All candidates must have minimum 3 years of teaching experiences or 5 to 6 years of professional experiences or a combination of both with at least 1 year of teaching experience and min 1 publication in a peer reviewed journal.

Lecturer Post : (i) Minimum qualification is Master’s degree for the Departments of CSE, CE and EEE. However, those having a minimum of CGPA 3.75 or first class BSc engineering degree or equivalent degree in relevant discipline may apply for consideration. (ii) For the Dept. of Architecture, candidates must have CGPA 3.0 or first class in Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from a known university or institution.

(iii) For all other departments, first class in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in relevant fields or CGPA 3.5 for the departments of Basic Sciences & Humanities and Architecture and CGPA 3.00 for the departments of Business Administration, English and Law & Human Rights.

Laboratory Assistant post : min Diploma in Civil Engineering but candidates having lab experiences will get preferences.

Laboratory Attendant post : HSC (science). Candidates having trade course in related field will be preferred.
