Bureau of Manpower Employment & Training Language Trainer Recruitment Circular 2023

BMET (Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training) guest Japanese and Korean language Trainer recruitment circular 2023 is now open with deadline to apply May 15, 2023.

As per the circular, the authority will recruit language specialists on part-time basis to conduct Korean and Japanese language courses at Technical Training Centers (TTCs) across the country for those who want to go abroad as workers on skilled or non-skilled visas.

BMET Language Trainer Job Requirements : 

Aspirants need to meet the following requirements, among others, to be eligible for application:

For Japanese Language: Having bachelor degree and Level-N3 in Japanese language. Those with work experiences in Japan will receive relaxation in terms of education and age requirements.

However, in this case, Japanese Language Proficiency level must be at least Level-N4.

Number of Vacancy : To conduct Japanese language short course, the authority will recruit 20 guest trainers in total.

For Korean Language : Having bachelor degree in any subject and TOPIK Level-3/equipment level in Korean language. Those with work experiences in Korea will receive relaxation in terms of education and age requirements. In this case, proficiency level in Korean language have to be TOPIK-Level-2 or equipment.

Number of Vacancy : For Japanese language short course, the authority will recruit 5 guest trainers in total.

Common Requirements: 

Age needs to be maximum 45 years as on April 30, 2023, which is applicable for both the categories.

However, as mentioned earlier, for those with work experiences in the two countries will enjoy relaxation in terms of age limit.

Benefits For BMET Language Trainers : 

As per the circular, the guest language trainers for the Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training will receive Tk.50 monthly in total.

Papers To Attach with Application Form : 

Job aspirants need to attach the following documents with their original application form :

1. Attested photocopies of all academic certificates, either original or provisional.

2. Two (2) copies of fresh passport size color photographs.

3. Attested photocopies of experience certificates.

4. Attested photocopy of certificate of languages proficiency test.

5. Attested photocopy of National ID or Birth Registration certificate.

Selection Stages : 

As part of the selection process, candidates have to attend written and viva exams.

Exam timings, both written and viva, will be communicated with the candidates in due course of time by SMS/email.

During written test, candidates have to submit or demonstrate the above-mentioned documents. And during viva test, examinees have to show original certificates or documents of all examinations or experiences.
