BLRI (Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute) opens a job circular to recruit people to 26 posts. Online application process has begun from April 11 and ends at 5 pm April 30, 2023.
As per the circular, the authority will make the recruitment on temporary basis.
BLRI Job Circular In Details :
According to the circular, the authority will recruit people to the following positions :
- Programmer (no. of post 1) 2. Scientific Officer (no. of post 14) 3. Deputy Assistant Engineer (Civil, no. of post 1) 4. Laboratory Technician (1) 5. Field Assistant (1) 6. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (no. of post 3) 7. Office Assistant (no. of post 2) and others (no. of post 3).
BLRI Job Application Requirements :
Interested persons need to meet the following requirements according to their preferred posts :
For Programmer Post : Having at least second class (or equivalent CGPA) four year graduation or equivalent degree in the fields of Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Information & Communication Technology. In addition, having at least four years of experiences as Senior Computer Operator/Assistant Programmer/Assistant Maintenance Engineer with any government/semi-government/autonomous agency.
For Scientific Officer Post : Having second class graduation in the fields of Animal Husbandry/Animal Treatment/Agri-Economics from any recognized university. However, candidates with post-graduation degree will receive preference in receiving the jobs. Or having first or second class post-graduation degree along with second class graduation in Economics plus having no third class or CGPA in whole academic life.
For Deputy Assistant Engineer (Civil) Post : Having second class Diploma Engineering (Civil) from any Polytechnic Institute. However, candidates with relevant experience will get priority in securing job.

Age Requirements :
All general applicants’ age need to be maximum 30 years as on March 25, 2020 and minimum 18 years as on April 11, 2023 which is applicable to all posts except Programmer post. For programmer post, the maximum age limit is 35 years. However, in case of son or daughter of freedom fighter or martyred freedom fighter or the disabled applicants, the maximum age limit is 32 years while son or daughters of son or daughters related to freedom fighters (martyred or alive), the age is 30 years.

As mentioned earlier, online application process has got underway from 10 am April 11. It will ends at 5 pm April 30, 2023.
To note, before application, applicants need to upload their scanned signature (measurement 300 by 80 pixel) and color photograph (300 by 300 px) in the designated place of the above link.
Online Application Fee :
As per the circular, the fee for application for the posts under serial number 1 & 2 is Tk.667, for the posts under serial number 3 is Tk.556, for posts under serial number 4 to 6 is Tk.223 while for the posts under serial 7 to 10 is Tk.112.
Applicants must deposit application fee within 72 hours of application submission by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number. Beyond the time limit, no application fee will be accepted and thereby risking the cancellation of application.
Admit Card Collection :
Only primarily eligible candidates will receive information regarding their admit cards through SMS from the authority in due time.
