JU (Jahangirnagar University) weekend MPH (Master of Public Health) Program admission circular for Spring 2024 is now open. Deadline to apply online is January 16, 2024.
Jahangirnagar University is the first public university in the country that has introduced the weekend MPH program. Besides, it offers programs such as PhD, MPhil, BPH in the field of public health.
JU Weekend MPH Program Features :
The program holds the following features, among others :
- Fifty two (52) credits in total.
- 1.5 year program split by four (4) semesters
- Classes only on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Specialized laboratory facilities.

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year-long or equivalent) in Public Health, MBBS, BDS, Nursing or any discipline of Medical Sciences, Health Science, Biological Science, Social Science, Physical Sciences, Psychology, Computer Science & Information Technology.
- SSC, HSC and Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class.
