Dhaka Residential Model College Job Circular 2024 : Teaching & General Posts

Dhaka Residential Model College (DRMC) opens a job circular to fill up some 23 Lecturer & General posts. Online application begins January 5 and ends on January 31, 2024.

As per the circular, the authority will recruit people for the above-mentioned posts on permanent basis.

For vacant teaching positions as per the BKSP job circular, the deadline to apply is this March 28, 2024. For details, please see the job circular available at the end of this article. 

For Sylhet Cantonment School & College, the application deadline is February 20, 2024 while for Dhaka Cantonment Girls Public School & College, it was 8 pm January 10, 2024.

The fee for application is Tk.800. Notably, applicants’ age must be maximum 35 years as on January 10, 2024.

Under the circular, the authority will fill up the following teaching and general positions :

Lecturers in the Departments of English (1 post), Mathematics (2 post), ICT (2 Posts), Bangla (2 posts), Islamic Studies (1 posts), Zoology (1 post), Management (1 post), Marketing (1 post), Islamic History (1 post), Civics (1 post), Economics (1 post), Drama (1 post), Fine Arts (1 post), Physical Education (1 post), Assistant Transport Officer (1 post), UDA (2 posts), Accounts Assistant (1 post) and Office Assistant cum Computer Operator (2 posts).

Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :

Lecturer Post :

Second class (or equivalent grade) post-graduation degree along with bachelor honors in relevant subject or four year-long second class (or equivalent grade) bachelor (honors) degree obtained from any recognized college or university. No third class or equivalent grade across academic life is acceptable.

Lecturer, Physical Education Post :

Having second class (or equivalent CGPA) post-graduation or equivalent degree in Physical education Or second class (equivalent CGPA) Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) Degree along with second class post-graduation degree obtained from any recognized university.

Assistant Transport Officer :

Second class bachelor degree or equivalent degree obtained from any university or college with no third class or grade across academic life.

Those with practical experiences will receive preference in landing the job. Besides, aspirants must have valid driving license.

Age Requirements :

Age limit is maximum 30 years as on July 1, 2023, applicable to all posts. However, for those related to freedom fighter quota, it is maximum 32 years on the same date.
